Embracing a “Run, Grow, Transform” approach, the strategy focuses on creating a strong brand identity through elements like brand core, positioning, mission, vision, belief, personality, and archetype. By emphasizing ethics, integrity, sustainability, and forward-thinking, the strategy aims to establish the group as a trusted, respected, and admired business entity that delivers exceptional value, quality, and service across its diversified portfolio of businesses.
